What is a QR code?

A QR code (quick-response code) is a type of two-dimensional matrix barcode which can be scanned by mobile devices using the camera application. You scan the QR code at our loyalty partners to collect digital stamps for that business, for example, at your local participating cafe.

How does it work?

The QUICKLOYAL platform puts traditional paper “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” style cards digitally on your phone, tablet and computer. You can enjoy digitised loyalty stamps and rewards (via our QUICKLOYAL platform) to your favourite cafés, restaurants and businesses. No more lost or forgotten cards in your wallet. Loyalty cards are a proven customer retention tool and widely used by businesses to increase the lifetime value of a customer. You will get an easy-to-use dashboard to run this digitally. Customers love the fact that they always have your business loyalty programme with them. You can also run special offers that can bring your customers closer and keep them close whenever you want.

Is it free to retail customers?

Yes, it is absolutely free to use the QUICKLOYAL platform, claim deals, and use digital stamps.

How often do I get notifications?

As often as you like, or even ‘no notifications’. And when you want to change, simply go to the Manage Profile settings from your dashboard and adjust accordingly.

Can I use the digital stamps in any café or business?

You can collect QUICKLOYAL digital stamps only at the café or business who issued them to you. You can only redeem the stamp loyalty reward at that same café or business. But you can collect and store multiple stamps from any of our registered QUICKLOYAL cafés or businesses that offer a loyalty reward on our QUICKLOYAL platform.

How do I scan a customers QR code?

Customers will see their unique QR code when they register or login at www.QUICKLOYAL.com. You scan their QR code using the camera app on your mobile phone or tablet. You also need to be logged in to your account for this.

What is QUICKLOYAL?

QUICKLOYAL helps New Zealand small businesses grow organically with digitised loyalty technologies.

What does QUICKLOYAL cost?

Whenever you or your service staff clip a customer loyalty unit or record customer points, a cost is incurred. We will invoice you at the end of each month for your usage of the platform. You can monitor your usage and costs on the Stats page of your dashboard and can cancel anytime.

Can my service staff scan their own QR code?

No. Staff members can accumulate loyalty benefits from your business, but they must do so via a separate user account which is authorised to do so.

Can I terminate the service at any time?

Yes. QUICKLOYAL has no fixed contract agreement. You can start and stop our service in your dashboard at any time and you won’t lose your information or log-in.
